We are looking for an experienced Android Application Testing Engineer with expertise in mobile application testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and automation testing. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and reliability of Android apps through rigorous testing processes, leveraging modern frameworks and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing for Android applications.
Design and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans for mobile apps.
Implement automation testing using frameworks such as Appium, Espresso, or Robot Framework.
Conduct unit testing and collaborate with developers to ensure code quality.
Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or TestRail.
Ensure compliance with performance, security, and usability standards.
Work closely with product and development teams to validate requirements and deliver high-quality releases.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Android application testing (manual and automated).
Proficiency in automation frameworks (Appium, Espresso, Selenium for mobile).
Knowledge of unit testing tools (JUnit, Mockito).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app testing.
Hands-on experience with Android Studio, ADB commands, and emulator/device testing.
Good understanding of API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
