Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize warehouse layouts, storage systems, and logistics flows.
- Develop material flow simulations and route planning strategies.
- Drive in-plant logistics and material handling operations.
- Lead warehouse setup activities including high bay racking and infrastructure.
- Implement Lean principles to improve efficiency, cost, and productivity.
- Define and optimize processes for receiving, storage, and line-side delivery.
- Develop inventory strategies, KPIs, and benchmarking models.
- Conduct safety assessments and risk evaluations.
- Manage end-to-end projects including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure successful delivery.
- Strong experience in Warehouse Planning & Layout Development.
- Expertise in Material Handling & In-Plant Logistics.
- Hands-on experience with Material Flow Simulation.
- Proven track record in process improvement and optimization projects.
- Solid understanding of supply chain operations and inventory strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must Have: AutoCAD, MS Office
- Good to Have: SAP, WMS, Flow Planner
- Nice to Have: Experience in manufacturing/automotive environments, Lean/Six Sigma exposure, warehouse setup or transformation projects
Salary : $50 - $60
