Pi R-Square Solutions is seeking an experienced Governance Analyst to join our team.
🔍 About the Role The Governance Analyst will partner across business, IT, privacy, security, and other units to build and strengthen governance capabilities across Data, Information, and AI Governance programs — from established initiatives to those still taking shape. This role offers the chance to do both: strengthen what's working and shape what's still being defined. This is a consulting position offering the opportunity to contribute to meaningful governance work in a dynamic, evolving environment.
✅ What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in business process, governance, compliance, IT business analysis, or a related field
- Ability to quickly grasp governance, policy, or regulatory requirements and translate them into clear processes, documentation, and guides
- Strong process design, documentation, and analytical skills
- Comfortable building structure from ambiguity — self-directed and results-oriented
- Skilled communicator who adapts across both technical and executive audiences
- Experience in higher education or a complex, decentralized institutional environment (preferred)
- Exposure to governance, compliance, or risk-related work in data, information, or AI (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
