About the Opportunity

This is not a traditional retail management position.

We are seeking an experienced retail leader who wants to build something meaningful.

The Director of Retail Operations will oversee our flagship Colorado Springs operation while supporting strategic initiatives across additional locations. This individual will play a key role in improving operations, developing high-performing teams, driving financial performance, and helping shape the future growth of our company.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail operations

• Develop and mentor leadership teams

• Drive revenue growth and profitability

• Analyze KPIs and implement operational improvements

• Recruit and retain top talent

• Create accountability throughout the organization

• Improve customer experience

• Optimize labor and scheduling

• Manage inventory and operational controls

• Ensure regulatory compliance

• Partner with ownership on strategic growth initiatives

Qualifications

• 5 years of retail leadership experience

• Multi-unit leadership experience preferred

• Experience leading teams of 20 employees

• Strong financial and business acumen

• Proven record of improving sales and operational performance

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills

• Experience in highly regulated industries is a plus

• Cannabis industry experience is welcomed but not required
