About the Role
Pi Lambda Phi is returning to the University of North Carolina this Fall and is hiring a Growth Consultant to lead that return effort. This is a field-facing role for someone who thrives in sales, recruiting, building, and coaching.
What You'll Do
Expansion - Primary Focus (Year 1)
- Lead on-campus recruitment using Pi Lambda Phi's expansion processes.
- Recruit, train, and develop founding members in leadership, risk management, and chapter operations.
- Facilitate chapter ceremonies and rituals.
- Build relationships with local chapter alumni.
Chapter Services - Ongoing
- Manage a small portfolio of existing chapters & serve as their primary point of contact.
- Coach chapter officers on recruitment, operations, and risk management.
- Maintain regular contact with chapter officers, campus advisors, and alumni coaches.
- Train on risk reduction and safe operations.
- Support regional and national conferences and events.

What We're Looking For
Required
- Bachelor's degree.
- Prior fraternity/sorority involvement.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, persuade, or sell.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and self-directed; able to manage competing priorities without close supervision.
- Willingness to relocate and travel extensively
Preferred
- Experience coaching or training others.
- Campus leadership experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $35,000–$45,000
- Housing stipend
- Performance bonuses - criteria tied to recruitment targets and chapter health metrics (to be defined)
