Pharmacy Innovations is seeking dynamic, customer-focused pharmacy technicians to join our growing team full-time. New to the field? Pennsylvania requires Pharmacy Technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy. We can guide you through the registration process and provide hands-on training to help you build a long-term career in pharmacy. Eligible initial registration fees will be reimbursed by Pharmacy Innovations after the successful completion of 90 days of employment.
Responsibilities:
As a Pharmacy Technician, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
- Maintain complete, confidential record of customer interactions including inquiries, prescription issues, complaints and resolutions.
- Support patient retention by following up on open issues and ensuring patient needs are met.
- Communicate securely and confidentially with patients through the messaging portal to answer questions, confirm order status and provide follow-up information.
- Merchandizing and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Other pharmacy-related duties as needed
Key Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician Trainee registration or higher credential issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy – must be able to obtain before employment begins.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
Compensation is based on experience.

Available shifts are Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm or 10am to 6:30pm and occasional Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.
