Pharmacy Innovations is looking for a driven, personable Pharmacy Relationship Specialist to connect healthcare providers with our compounding pharmacy services. This isn't a cold-call grind — it's consultative, meaningful work where you'll be educating and partnering with clinical teams to improve patient outcomes.
You'll earn a competitive base salary plus commission, with unlimited earning potential as you build your territory.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, NPs, PAs, and clinical staff
- Educate healthcare offices on how to send compounded prescriptions to Pharmacy Innovations
- Conduct sales calls, product detailing, and educational visits across your territory
- Identify opportunities to improve prescription flow and pharmacy utilization within clinics
- Represent Pharmacy Innovations at community events and health fairs
- Support pharmacy operations and patient coordination as needed

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Sales experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or a related field
- Experience detailing products or medications to clinical staff strongly preferred
- Some college required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Confident communicator who can engage with diverse clinical audiences
- Self-motivated, optimistic, and accountable — someone who takes ownership
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (field-based role)
- Familiarity with compounding, integrative medicine, or holistic care is a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base salary: $45,000 – $60,000 exempt (commensurate with experience)
- Commission incentive plan on top of base salary
