We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator/Junior Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across corporate functions in a global banking environment, with a primary focus on Transaction Banking. This role sits within the HR team supporting U.S. operations and will partner closely with hiring managers. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and requisition management, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a broad corporate function portfolio, managing both existing and new requisitions (20–30 at a time)
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Manage and update the ATS throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Source and screen candidates across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn
- Own full-cycle recruitment processes from intake through offer stage
- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates
- Coordinate and gather interview feedback from stakeholders
- Support and manage the offer process
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of recruiting experience
- Minimum 6 months of sourcing and/or screening experience
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP or SuccessFactors
- Prior recruiting experience within financial services
