- Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end management of critical transaction and governance documents, from initial review and stakeholder approvals to final execution and archiving.
- Act as the central liaison between legal, finance, business, and compliance teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of all documentation, including KYC and beneficial ownership forms.
- Ensure all document processes align with internal controls, corporate governance standards, and regulatory requirements, including the secure handling of confidential and sensitive information.
- Identify and implement enhancements to document workflows, approval processes, and record-keeping systems to drive efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Proactively escalate delays, discrepancies, or compliance concerns to management and drive resolution to maintain seamless operations.
- Oversee the maintenance of document repositories and trackers, ensuring data accuracy and providing critical information to stakeholders as needed.
- Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, key business partners and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to adapt and become an expert on proprietary products and client business lines through complex engagements.
- Manage multiple client requests, while ensuring timely completion of all deliverables.
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field (or paralegal certification).
- 0-3 years experience in paralegal work
- Strong understanding of legal document workflows, KYC, and entity management. (preferred)
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Must be able to work collaboratively with team members, both senior and junior.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
