Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Servicing Analyst to support servicing oversight, inquiry management, and escalation resolution within a fast-paced environment. This role will focus on reviewing mortgage loans, managing escalations, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure the timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve inquiries and escalations within defined SLAs
- Monitor internal systems to track new inquiries, aging items, and escalation trends
- Conduct detailed reviews of mortgage loans, including early and late-stage delinquency
- Partner with internal stakeholders and senior management to coordinate responses and drive resolution
- Collaborate with external vendors to track and respond to escalations efficiently
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards (volume, response time, aging, trends)
- Assess issues for potential client impact and support internal/external communications
- Provide backup support across the Servicing Oversight team as needed
- Assist with ad hoc projects and broader servicing oversight initiatives
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of mortgage servicing experience (REQUIRED)
- Experience across loan onboarding, loan administration, and default management
- Strong understanding of mortgage servicing functions, including:
- Escrow
- Insurance and tax tracking
- Payment processing
- Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment while meeting turnaround times
