We are partnering with a leading financial services organization to bring on a Marketing Technology Specialist focused on Adobe Experience Platform and campaign orchestration. This individual will play a key role in transforming manual marketing processes into scalable, data driven, automated journeys across the wealth management business.
Responsibilities
- Design and build automated customer journeys using Adobe Experience Platform or similar CDP tools, including audience segmentation, profile management, and decisioning logic
- Translate manual campaign workflows into scalable, rules based automated journeys aligned to business and marketing goals
- Partner with Wealth Management stakeholders, including Relationship Managers and Marketing teams, to document current state processes and define future state campaign strategies
- Support data mapping, migration, and integration efforts across source systems including CRM, client, portfolio, and consent data
- Collaborate with data and engineering teams to ensure accurate data ingestion, identity resolution, and unified customer profiles
- Drive audience strategy and personalization using behavioral, transactional, and client level data
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance requirements are met across campaign execution
- Act as a bridge between business, marketing, and technology teams to translate requirements into executable solutions
Requirements
- Hands on experience with Adobe Experience Platform or similar CDP or marketing automation tools such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Segment, Tealium, or mParticle
- Strong experience with audience segmentation, campaign execution, and customer journey orchestration
- Background working with customer data including data mapping, integration, and data flows across systems
- Understanding of CRM data and how it feeds into marketing and personalization platforms
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical campaign logic and automation workflows
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across marketing, business, and technical teams
- Experience within Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, or Financial Services preferred
- Exposure to SQL or working closely with data engineering teams is a plus
- Familiarity with identity resolution, unified customer profiles, and CDP architecture preferred
