Job Summary
The Mortgage Ops Coordinator prepares loans to be sold to investors by auditing and scanning closing packages while promoting service, quality, efficiency and compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitor and ship files to investors; audit portfolio loans for accuracy and compliance; oversees
the collection of final documents.
• Work to build and maintain relationships with investors and provide feedback.
• Facilitates communication to resolve problems with files, missing documents, etc. so that funding
can be accomplished.
• Lends support by providing closing and post-closing back up as needed.
Qualifications
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This
includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of
customer satisfaction.
• Understands and complies with mortgage industry regulations, including the Fair Credit Reporting
Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Community Reinvestment Act, Truth-in-
Lending laws, etc.
