Fast growing, mid-sized investment firm is seeking multiple Financial Advisory Analysts and Associates to support strategic wealth management activities for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) and family office clients. This role provides exposure to complex asset structures, multi-generational planning, and bespoke investment strategies within a discreet, relationship-driven environment.
This is a hybrid role, 4 days per week in the midtown Manhattan office
Key Responsibilities (these are general responsibilities for the function, specifics will vary depending on level of the candidate)
- Conduct detailed financial analysis across public and private markets, including portfolio performance, asset allocation reviews, and risk assessments.
- Support the development of customized investment strategies aligned with client objectives, liquidity needs, tax considerations, and long-term family governance priorities.
- Assist in due diligence for private equity, real estate, alternatives, and direct investment opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, investment memos, and quarterly portfolio reviews for internal committees and client presentations.
- Maintain financial models, performance dashboards, and analytical tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor global markets, macroeconomic trends, and relevant regulatory developments impacting UHNW clients.
- Collaborate with tax advisors, estate planners, legal counsel, and external asset managers to ensure coordinated delivery of holistic wealth management.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment in handling highly sensitive financial and personal information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; progress toward CFA, CAIA, or CFP preferred.
- 1–8 years of experience in wealth management, investment banking, asset management, or family office environment.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- High integrity, discretion, and a client-service mindset tailored to UHNW families.

Base salary 90k-200k base depending on level and years of experience plus excellent benefits and significant bonus potential.
