Responsibilities
Client Delivery & Stakeholder Management
- Manage multiple concurrent client requests, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of all deliverables.
- Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, key business partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead client meetings to provide clear updates on project progress, milestones, risks, and challenges.
- Navigate evolving client requirements to design and implement new workflows and operating processes.
Project & Process Management
- Evaluate scopes of work and project plans; provide recommendations for process enhancements and operational improvements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project trackers, timelines, and status documentation.
- Identify, assess, and resolve gaps in processes and project execution.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
Reporting & Governance
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, project status, and key metrics for internal and client audiences.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, industry standards, and internal control frameworks.
- Interpret financial and legal entity documentation across multiple domains and jurisdictions, as required.
Product & Domain Expertise
- Rapidly develop expertise in proprietary products, platforms, and client business lines through complex engagements.
- Apply a strong understanding of regulatory and financial services concepts to support client solutions.
People Leadership (Team Lead Responsibilities)
- Supervise, coach, and develop team members to maximize performance and professional growth.
- Set clear performance goals, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct formal performance evaluations.
- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across junior and senior team members, cross-functional partners, and vendors.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience & Industry Knowledge
- Exposure to derivatives trading is preferred.
- Familiarity with KYC constitutional documentation and onboarding processes.
- Solid understanding of financial services firms and investment management operations.
