Our coaching system combines:

Compensation Structure

This is a performance-based opportunity with strong earning potential.

Trainers earn through commissions on training packages.

• 75% commission on clients you bring in

• 35% commission on clients provided by the gym

There is NO gym rent and NO overhead fees.

We provide:

Many trainers in our system have the potential to reach $6,000 per month with consistency and strong client relationships.

Schedule

This position is designed to be efficient.

Most trainers coach 10–15 hours per week in the gym due to our specialized training schedule.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Coaching personal and small group training sessions

• Conducting fitness assessments

• Supporting clients with accountability and progress tracking

• Building strong relationships with clients

• Maintaining a professional coaching environment
