Assistant Evening Club Manager (ACM) Role
Pay=$16/hour
Interested in management? Are you personable, organized, professional and responsible? We’re looking for leaders! The Assistant Club Manager (ACM) is responsible for the club when the Club Manager is gone or not at the club. This role is vital to keeping the club successful upon opening and closing and throughout the weekend. ACMs will work at least one weekend day and be on call for team meetings/call outs as needed. Looking specifically for closing Assistant Club Manager. Bilingual preferred.

Job Description
- Inventory check. Weekly basis to make sure everything is stocked and accounted for. Update inventory if need be
- Check emails on the daily. Take care of any customer related issue, address staffing issues/questions
- Check front desk log for any customer service concerns, club issues, equipment maintenance and clock in exceptions
- Weekly club order requests sent out each Tuesday
- Help in maintaining cleanliness of club. Clean anything and everything that needs to be cleaned/deep clean/not on cleaning list
- Update policies procedures as needed
- Update staff on a daily basis of new policies and procedures
- Attend quarterly meetings with entire staff. Attend monthly meetings with club staff and managers
- Daily walk throughs of club. This includes marking equipment/ gym needs that need to be addressed/cleaned that day. Should be done beginning of shift and before shift ends
- Set and reach weekly and monthly goals for sales and consultations
