Overview:
Due to growth, PhysioWorks is now hiring a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist for a position in Kent, WA. 40 hours per week are available. 32 hours per week are preferred. Part-time candidates with at least 20 hours of availability per week will also be considered.
Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist hired will work with a variety of patients. The clinic is a mix of general orthopedics and work rehabilitation. The PTs on the team see a caseload of 10-12 patients per day. Patients are scheduled for one-hour sessions.
The well-rounded team in Kent includes PTs, OTs, and PTAs.
Within this role, you will work with injured workers in specialized programs such as Work Conditioning and Work Hardening: our specialized Work Rehabilitation Programs. Most other insurances are also accepted, so you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time or part-time position. The clinic is open 8 am - 6 pm Monday - Friday. The schedule is very flexible based on the needs of the PT hired and the clinic. The option to work 4 x 10s or 4 x 8s is available. No routine weekends. No major holidays.
Compensation:
Full-time Physical Therapists are paid a competitive hourly rate in the range of $90,000–$115,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

Job Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Washington State Physical Therapist license, or ability to obtain licensure
• Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and functional rehabilitation
• Interest in workers’ compensation, occupational medicine, and return-to-work programming
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
