What You'll Do
- Answer calls and convert inquiries into booked appointments
- Greet patients and manage the front desk
- Collect payments (copays, coinsurances, cash, packages)
- Confidently explain and sell out-of-network and cash-based care
- Support clinic flow (light setup, cleaning, laundry)
- Market the office to physician offices and other businesses
Who This if For
- You're comfortable talking about money and value
- You've worked in sales, customer service, or a medical, dental, chiropractic, or physical therapy office
- You're comfortable guiding people to make decisions
- You're friendly, organized, reliable, and energetic
