Physician Services Group (PSG) is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner/ Physicians Assitant (NP) to join our Post-Acute Care team in North Augusta, South Carolina area. This is a Monday–Friday role offering consistency, clinical autonomy, and a supportive team-based environment.
Schedule & Setting
- Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- In-person care at a local Post-Acute & Skilled Nursing Facility
- Collaborative care alongside attending physicians and on-site teams
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually (based on experience)
- Annual performance-based bonus
- $1,500 CME stipend paid holidays

Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in South Carolina (or ability to obtain)
- Board Certified (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent)
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Experience in post-acute, hospital, or outpatient care preferred
- Passion for geriatric medicine, preventative care, and chronic disease management
