Make a lasting impact by helping patients avoid unnecessary hospitalizations while building long-term, meaningful relationships. Physician Services Group (PSG) is seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Post-Acute Care team in the Mayo, Florida area. Travel to other locations will be required!
Schedule & Setting
- Part-Time | Monday–Friday | in between the hours of 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- In-person care at a local Post-Acute & Skilled Nursing Facility
- Collaborative care alongside attending physicians and on-site teams
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly: $60–$65 (based on experience)
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida (or ability to obtain)
- Board Certified (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent)
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Experience in post-acute, hospital, or outpatient care preferred
- Passion for geriatric medicine, preventative care, and chronic disease management
Travel to other locations will be required!
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
