Job Summary
Physicians Revenue Group (PRG) is seeking a Director of Marketingto establish, lead, and scale a centralized, high-performing marketing function that supports multiple business units across healthcare revenue cycle management, telehealth, digital marketing services, and cybersecurity.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for defining marketing strategy, building structure and accountability, and executing initiatives that directly support revenue growth, brand positioning, and go-to-market success across all PRG entities.
The role requires close, ongoing collaboration with Sales, Business Development, Executive Leadership, HR, Administration, Technology, and Business Unit Heads, with a strong emphasis on revenue enablement, brand consistency, performance marketing, and measurable ROI. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a multi-entity, fast-growing, and matrixed organization, while managing both U.S.-based and offshore marketing resources.
Key Objectives of the Role
- Establish a unified and scalable marketing operating model across all PRG business units
- Drive pipeline growth and revenue support through close alignment with Sales and Business Development
- Ensure brand consistency and differentiation for each business unit under the PRG umbrella
- Build data-driven, KPI-led marketing execution with clear ROI measurement
- Professionalize and mature the marketing function to support executive, client, and partner-facing needs
Responsibilities
Marketing Leadership & Governance
- Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for PRG and its business units, aligned with corporate growth and revenue goals
- Define and maintain a clear marketing charter, roles, responsibilities, and operating cadence
- Build and manage marketing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting for executive leadership
- Establish repeatable processes, documentation, and quality standards across all marketing activities
- Manage and mentor marketing managers & team, ensuring alignment with U.S. business priorities
Revenue, Sales & Business Development Enablement
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales and Business Development leadership to support revenue targets
- Develop and maintain; Pitch decks and sales presentations, case studies and client success stories, One-pagers, brochures, and capability statements
- Partner with sales leadership to align campaigns with pipeline goals, ICPs, and vertical strategies
- Support webinars, events, conferences, and executive briefings tied to demand generation and brand visibility
- Participate in select client and prospect meetings to represent PRG marketing capabilities
Brand Management & Market Positioning
- Own brand strategy and execution for each PRG business unit while maintaining a cohesive enterprise identity
- Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual standards across all platforms and materials
- Oversee public relations, thought leadership, and executive visibility initiatives
- Manage employer branding in partnership with HR to support recruiting and retention
- Ensure professional showcasing of offices, leadership bios, photography, and corporate storytelling
Digital, Performance & Demand Marketing
- Lead digital, paid, and performance marketing initiatives across platforms (Google, Bing, LinkedIn, social, etc.)
- Oversee social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Manage SEO/SEM, paid media, conversion optimization, and remarketing initiatives
- Own quarterly and annual marketing calendars per business unit, with flexibility to adjust based on performance
- Track and optimize key metrics including; Cost per lead (CPL), Cost per acquisition (CPA), Conversion rates and Campaign ROI
Events, Webinars & Field Marketing
- Plan and execute webinars, industry events, conferences, and sponsorships
- Coordinate closely with Administration and Operations for logistics, travel, and event execution
- Ensure consistent follow-up, content reuse, and ROI tracking for all events
- Identify new opportunities for community, industry, and association engagement
Performance Management & Reporting
- Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards with clear timelines and accountability
- Provide regular executive updates on performance, ROI, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure backup coverage and continuity for all marketing initiatives
- Proactively identify gaps, underperformance, and corrective actions
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 6–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibility
- Demonstrated success building or scaling a marketing function in a growth-oriented organization
- Strong experience partnering with Sales and Business Development teams
- Proven ability to manage offshore and remote teams (20 resources preferred)
- Deep understanding of digital, performance, and B2B marketing
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with demonstrated ROI accountability
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, professional services, or B2B SaaS
- Familiarity with webinar and virtual event platforms (Zoom, LinkedIn Events, etc.)
- Experience supporting multiple brands or business units under a single enterprise
- Exposure to international or offshore delivery models
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
