Physical Therapist (Full Time) at CSO Wellness & Rehabilitation

CSO Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team in Thornton, Colorado.

Located within the Center for Spine & Orthopedics, our clinic provides comprehensive orthopedic, spine, sports medicine, and post-surgical rehabilitation services in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Our therapists work closely with physicians and clinical specialists to deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that help patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions for orthopedic, spine, sports medicine, vestibular, and post-surgical conditions
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise programs, functional rehabilitation, and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Accurately document evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in EMR systems
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, wellness strategies, and recovery expectations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment
• Contribute positively to clinic culture and support team initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Current Colorado Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Open to active/pending state board licensures and those sitting for their board exam in the next six months
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes
