Job Overview
We are seeking flexible, team-oriented Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our fast-paced cataract ambulatory surgery center (ASC). This role requires the ability to work across multiple areas including Pre-Op, PACU, and Circulating.

Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in:
- Pre-Operative
- Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
- Operating Room (Circulator)
- Perform patient assessments and documentation
- Administer medications and monitor patient response
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and team members
- Ensure compliance with infection control and ASC standards
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
- BLS required, ACLS required, or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Ability and willingness to work in Pre-Op, PACU, and Circulating roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in ophthalmology or ASC setting is a plus, but not required
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in multiple clinical environments such as emergency room (ER), ICU (Intensive Care Unit), or surgical units preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems
- Knowledge of infectious disease care protocols and infection control practices essential for maintaining safety standards.
Pay: $40.00 per hour
