What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physician Assistant position at Physicians Practice Enhancement LLC?
Physician Practice Enhancement is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Emergency Medicine Department at Carewell Health in East Orange.
Must have Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care Experience.
NJ Medical License
Per Diem - 2 shifts minimum per month plus 1 holiday per year.
Schedule will be 2-3 shifts per month Shifts are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday and Sunday 11am-8pm
Duties:
- Suturing, splinting and incision and drainage as well as other ER skills
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited PA program
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Valid NJ state license to practice as a Physician Assistant
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
