Partnership Health an outpatient Family Practice In Toms River NJ is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team.
MUST have prior Dermatology NP/PA experience
This is a part time position 4 hours per week
This role is pivotal in providing high-quality patient care focusing on skin health and treatment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing with experience in various medical environments, including pediatrics, and outpatient services. A commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team are essential.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for dermatological conditions.
- Administer botulinum toxin treatments as needed
- Provide education to patients regarding skin care, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
- Current state licensure in New Jersey as a Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in dermatology required
- Ability to work effectively within a team while demonstrating strong communication skills with patients and families.
- Experience with telehealth services is a plus.
