Schedule - Rotating Weekends (Saturday and Sunday 8a-1p) in Toms River and Brick
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in State of New Jersey
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from a recognized certifying body.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in outpatient setting
- Minor suturing required
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and health histories.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions, developing appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and medication management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and continuity of services.
- Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records.
