Key Responsibilities

- Rooming patients, taking patient medical histories, and record vital signs.
- Educate patients about procedures, entering orders, documenting patient history, physical examination findings, procedures, clinical assessments, and treatment plans as dictated by the healthcare provider.
- Record patient information such as chief complaints, symptoms, and progress note. Schedule patient appointments and greet patients upon arrival, answer phones/voicemails, handle inquiries, and assist patients with questions or concerns.
- Assist with the retrieval and review of patient records before appointments and handle correspondence and follow up with patients as necessary.
