As an APRN in our multidisciplinary group, you’ll manage new patient intakes and periodic re-evaluations for individuals recovering from auto or injury-related conditions. You’ll perform focused musculoskeletal exams, prescribe medications and diagnostics, coordinate treatment plans—including therapy, chiropractic care, and specialist referrals—and follow up on patient progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct medical intakes and focused musculoskeletal exams
- Document accident and medical history; order diagnostics and prescribe medications
- Develop and oversee integrated treatment plans
- Collaborate with chiropractors, physicians, and other providers
- Perform periodic re-evaluations and update care plans as needed
- Use Athena EHR for documentation and telehealth visits
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current, unrestricted APRN license in Florida (autonomous license preferred)
- Experience in orthopedics, physical medicine, pain management, or rehabilitation preferred
- Strong computer skills (Athena experience a plus)
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and patient-centered
- Second language proficiency (Spanish, Creole, Russian) a plus
