Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time skilled and patient-focused MRI Technologist who possesses a strong understanding of anatomy and magnetic resonance imaging. In this role, you will use cutting-edge MRI technology to produce detailed 3D images that help diagnose injuries and diseases.

Work Schedule
Part-Time (Permanent) – Greenville (Arlington location)
- Tuesday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Additional hours may be required to meet patient care needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Prepare and educate patients, reducing anxiety and ensuring safety
- Position patients accurately to achieve optimal imaging results
- Select appropriate imaging protocols and software settings
- Initiate IVs and administer contrast materials (oral and IV)
- Monitor patients and communicate changes in condition promptly
- Maintain accurate documentation of all procedures
- Perform daily equipment calibrations and quality assurance checks
- Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and team members
- Utilize RIS worklists and PACS systems effectively
- Support training and mentoring of new staff
- Maintain CPR certification and MRI credentialing
Physical & Working Conditions
- Frequent standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and patient assistance
- Requires fine motor skills and visual acuity
- Exposure to clinical environment conditions, including communicable diseases and medical substances
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology
- Completion of an accredited MRI certificate program
- ARRT Registered or Registry-Eligible (MRI)
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
