Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a dedicated Registered Nurse based in Nashville, TN. The Registered Nurse will deliver high-quality patient care by assessing and monitoring patients, administering medications, assisting during medical procedures, and supporting post-operative recovery. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining accurate medical records, educating patients and families about aftercare, and collaborating with other healthcare team members to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, monitoring, and critical thinking
- Proficiency in administering medications and managing IV therapy
- Experience in operating room support and post-operative care
- Knowledge of patient education and the ability to provide clear aftercare instructions
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Experience in outpatient or surgical care settings is a plus
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ensuring safety
