Primary Care Provider — Contract Position (FQHC)
Location: Manteo, NC
Dates Needed: December 22, 23, 29, 30, 31
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Provider to support a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) non-profit organization. This is a contract role providing high-quality outpatient primary care services to patients in our community-focused setting.
Requirements:
- Active North Carolina Nurse Practitioner (NP) license or North Carolina Physician Assistant (PA) license
- NCTracks credentials
- Ability to work all listed coverage dates OR Dec 22nd and 23rd OR Dec 29-31
- Willing to stay in clean and safe airbnb
Compensation & Benefits:
- $85/hour
- $0.60 per mile reimbursement
- Lodging provided during the assignment
