What You’ll Do
Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling, questions, and follow-ups
Check patients in and out while creating a welcoming and professional experience
Perform patient assessments including taking vitals and preparing for provider visits
Administer injections within scope of practice
Perform blood draws for laboratory testing
Assist with or perform clinical procedures within scope of practice
Provide education on nutritional guidance, services, and products
Support patients in understanding treatment plans and next steps
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Assist with clinic organization, stocking, and maintaining a clean and professional environment
Contribute to monthly performance goals and team initiatives
Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional patient journey

Compensation And Benefits
Previous medical, wellness, outpatient, or procedural experience preferred
Monthly performance-based incentives
Medical Insurance eligible beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Physician’s Plan covers 65 percent of the employee premium
