About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial TikTok Partnerships Account Manager to drive growth for our TikTok Shop channel by recruiting, engaging, and coaching TikTok content creators.
Your primary focus will be twofold:
- Hunting: Aggressively sourcing and signing new creators with meaningful reach to expand our customer acquisition funnel.
- Farming: Motivating, educating, and managing our existing creator base to increase content output, sales performance, and overall platform engagement.
This is a commission-based role, ideal for someone who thrives on results, builds strong relationships, and has a deep understanding of TikTok culture, creator motivation, and performance-driven social commerce.
What You Will Do:
- Develop strong ongoing relationships with existing creators to increase content volume, quality, and consistency.
- Coach creators on best practices for TikTok Shop content, trends, sales techniques, and engagement strategies.
- Monitor creator performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement tailored action plans.
- Motivate creators like a distributed salesforce—ensuring they feel supported, energized, and aligned with company goals.
- Communicate promotions, product updates, incentives, and sales-driving opportunities to creator partners.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to identify top performers and at-risk creators.
- Plan, organize, and execute virtual and in-person events for creators, such as education workshops, product training sessions, appreciation events, or content days
- Coordinate meetups to strengthen relationships with top influencers and drive deeper engagement.
- Travel (approximately 20–40%) to attend creator events, industry conferences, or meet with high-value partners.
- Represent the brand externally, acting as a strong ambassador to both emerging and established creators
- Proactively identify, reach out to, and onboard new TikTok creators who align with our brand and can expand our reach.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of influencer prospects across niches, follower sizes, and content styles.
- Pitch creators on program benefits, compensation potential, and expectations for sales-driving content.
- Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to determine priority categories or creator types.

- Ability to interpret analytics, understand KPIs, and coach creators based on data.
- Experience working in commission-based or sales-quota roles is a strong plus.
