Part-Time Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Company located in NE Columbia is seeking a motivated, results-driven Part-Time Talent Acquisition Recruiter to help us identify and attract exceptional talent.

This is not a traditional HR position. We are looking for someone whose primary focus is recruiting—finding qualified candidates, building talent pipelines, and helping us grow with the right people.

Schedule

• Part-time (approximately 10– 15 hours per week)
• Flexible schedule
• Remote or hybrid options may be available for the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruiting methods.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate second interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of future candidates.
• Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records within our applicant tracking system.
• Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Utilize AI and recruiting technology to improve sourcing and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for professional or administrative positions preferred.
• Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and organized with excellent follow-through.
• Comfortable using technology, LinkedIn, job boards, and AI tools.
• Ability to identify talent beyond what appears on a resume.

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience, with the potential for performance incentives based on successful hires.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
