Primary Care Physician

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Primary Care Physician to the group at NYC Health Hospitals/Gotham Health, Roosevelt. As the largest FQHC in the United States, the Gotham Health Community-Based Practices serve diverse families and individuals throughout New York City. Gotham Health provides care to individuals from varying racial, ethnic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Opportunity Details

• Attend to underserved patient population.
• Practice independently within multidisciplinary FQHC, serving as the primary internal medicine provider on-site.
• Robust analytic support from the Office of Ambulatory Care & Population Health.
• Access provided to NYC Health Hospitals Quality Academy training for emerging leaders.
• Responsible for the supervision of mid-level providers.
• Arrange patient session schedules that allow for both scheduled and non-emergent unscheduled (walk-in) visits by their primary care patients.
• Daytime schedule with no call duties.
