What You'll Do
- Treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals
- Educate and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Complete timely, accurate documentation using an electronic medical record
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinical environment
Qualifications
- Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant License (required)
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Sports rehabilitation experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based treatment approach
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
