- Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners

- Continue developing your leadership and clinical skills throughUpstream’sprofessional development programs
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- ActiveSTATEPhysical Therapist license (or eligible)
- Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing othersrequired
