What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Receptionist/Front Desk position at Physical Therapy of the Rockies?
We are looking for a compassionate, hard-working team member who wants to be a part of a fun, motivated, and growing team who works with outpatient physical therapy patients to improve their health and function!
An ideal candidate is someone who is:
- Great with people and a good communicator
- A multi-tasker
- Ability to address patients to keep them on their treatment plan in order to get better
- Able to efficiently use the computer for several daily tasks
- Reliable, dependable, and organized
The candidate will be answering the phone, checking in patients, and scheduling patients. They will also be entering patient intake information into the computer, monitoring patient's insurance authorization, filing and other duties as assigned.
The hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and we are open Monday through Friday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
