Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist, based in Milwaukee, WI. The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive patient care, including assessing and treating individuals with movement issues caused by injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. The role involves developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, guiding patients through rehabilitation exercises, and collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure the best outcomes. Other responsibilities may include documenting patient progress and educating clients on at-home care techniques to promote recovery.
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin or eligible for licensure.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Medicine to diagnose and treat physical impairments and promote recovery.
- Proficiency in Patient Care, including individual assessment, customized treatment planning, and tracking progress.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with a diverse patient community, including bilingual individuals.
- Experience in treating a range of conditions such as work-related injuries, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation is a plus.
