Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
• Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises and therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with the therapy team to create individualized education programs for patients
• Assist in discharge planning and follow-up care for patients
• Conduct assessments and reassessments to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $61,460.00

Maximum Salary: $76,500.00

Benefits: Paid Time Off
