Your Day, Your Impact

Every day, you’ll have the opportunity to make a measurable difference in someone’s life:

• Evaluate and treat a range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions with individualized care plans
• Use your hands and your expertise through manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and corrective exercises
• Coach and educate patients to build lasting independence and confidence in their movement
• Document efficiently to keep your focus where it matters most — on the patient
• Collaborate with your team to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referring providers to guide every step of their recovery

The Kind of Therapist Who Belongs Here

• Licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist in Florida
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Strong foundation in orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehab
• Interest or experience in manual therapy and exercise-based care
• Skilled communicator and natural patient educator
• Organized, reliable, and eager to grow in a collaborative environment

New grads are welcome and supported with mentorship that builds confidence and skill.

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

Dry needling certification or interest in obtaining it, return-to-sport or strength training background, Pilates or athletic training experience, or prior outpatient ortho experience.

Spanish fluency is required for this role.

How You’ll Work

• Full Time: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (12-hour shifts) plus Thursday (4-hour shift)
• Appointment Length: 30 minutes per patient
• Support Staff: Provided so you can focus fully on patient care
