We’re currently seeking a new graduate Physical Therapist to join our growing team at our Lake Havasu City, AZ location. We understand that transitioning from school to clinical practice can be challenging, which is why we’ve developed a comprehensive mentorship program to support your success. We’re looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and deliver exceptional patient care while developing their clinical expertise.

Job Summary

As a new graduate PT with our team, you’ll have the opportunity to serve as the clinical expert, performing evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans utilizing an evidence-based & holistic approach. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, fostering a wide range of skills. In this role you will provide excellent patient care while being supported every step of the way. You’ll receive structured mentorship, hands-on training, and access to unlimited CEUs to build your clinical confidence and skills. Our experienced team members are committed to helping you develop your clinical reasoning & treatment techniques to help you help your patients.

Responsibilities 

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions, medical histories, and goals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Serve as a consultative partner within a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, & nurses, to optimize holistic treatment success. 
• Apply advanced clinical reasoning to design and implement evidence-based therapeutic exercises and intervention plans to improve patients’ strength, flexibility, balance, and overall functional abilities in regards to individual patient needs.
• Properly utilize and implement various modalities, equipment, and techniques to aid in patient pain management and recovery.
• Proactively monitor and track patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes utilizing collaborative communication.
• Maintain meticulous and organized patient records, treatment plan documentation, progress notes, and any modifications made during the course of therapy.
• Empower and teach patients and their families through health literacy education, focusing on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and techniques to enhance their quality of life during and after treatment.
• Commit to ongoing professional development and education in physical therapy techniques, research, and best practices to enhance the quality and standard of care provided.
• Always uphold the highest APTA ethical and professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and safety at all times.
• Contribute thoughtfully in regular team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Regularly attend workshops and seminars to stay updated with the latest research and techniques in physical therapy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (or upcoming graduate)
• Physical Therapist license eligibility in Arizona
• CPR certification

• Base Salary: $95,000–$110,000
