Specific Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care through evidence-based practice and individualized treatment plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and referring providers to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with fellow therapists to foster a supportive and growth-oriented team culture.
- Stay current with industry best practices and ensure compliance with regulations and documentation standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and mentoring opportunities.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy school
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Idaho
- Proficiency with EMR, medical documentation, insurance billing, and computer literacy
- Valid CPR and/or BLS certifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional patient care
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism
- Experience: new graduate to experienced
Job Type: Part-time (see 25 patients per week)
Pay: Revenue sharing plan $55,000-65,000 annually
Work schedule: Flexible
Work setting: Outpatient clinic, private practice, in-person
