California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy is hiring for a Per Diem Floating Physical Therapist to support our outpatient ortho clinics in Camarillo, Northridge, and Valencia.

Salary Range: Negotiable and highly competitive! Salary Range $50 to $60 Hourly. Individual salaries dependent on location, experience, and job related factors.

Position Summary:

Our team is looking for someone to cover vacations/call-offs in the Simi Valley region (Camarillo, Northridge, Valencia).

• Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an out-patient setting
• Create individualized care plans for each treatment
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
• Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
• Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
• Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy.
