The Role
- Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

- Pay: $25–$35/hr, based on experience

Position Summary
In this role, you will:
- Deliver high-quality outpatient PT treatments under PT supervision
- Follow individualized care plans
- Provide hands-on manual and functional therapy
- Support acute/chronic rehab, pre/post-op care, return-to-sport, and return-to-work programs
- Build relationships with patients, staff, and the local community
- Document efficiently through our AI-enhanced EMR
- Maintain state, federal, and payer compliance
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited PTA program
- Current New Mexico PTA license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for patient-centered care
