Salary & Incentives
- Base Salary: $87,000 – $108,000 annually (DOE)
- Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (up to $32,500 annually on top of base pay)
- Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 available
- Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
- Total compensation potential: $140,000 annually depending on experience and performance

Our Benicia Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic Serves a Diverse Range Of Patients—from Post-op Orthopedics To Sports Medicine And Workers’ Compensation Cases—using a Hands-on, Functional Approach. Our Offerings Include
- Back, neck, and spine rehabilitation
- Manual therapy including Graston Technique®
- Pre- and post-operative rehab and functional recovery
- Work conditioning, ergonomic assessments, and balance/fall prevention
- Sports medicine and pediatric athlete protocols
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions with individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, functional rehab, and modalities
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs
- Document all care accurately and promptly in EMR systems
- Collaborate with physicians, referrals, and clinic staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Engage in mentorship, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
- Current California PT license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hands-on, outpatient orthopedic and sports care
