Salary & Incentives
- Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)
- Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
- Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
- Total compensation potential: $120,000 annually depending on experience and performance

Job Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and evidence-based treatment
- Educate patients on recovery goals, home programs, and injury prevention strategies
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with physicians, PTs, and other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Current Texas PT license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for outpatient orthopedics and sports rehab
- New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
