The Role
- Part-time hours with flexible scheduling
- Productivity incentives prorated to hours worked

- Provide outpatient orthopedic evaluations and treatments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient goals
- Deliver high-quality manual and functional therapy
- Collaborate with colleagues to support positive patient outcomes
- Build strong relationships with patients, teammates, and the local community
- Utilize a modern, AI-supported EMR system for documentation
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active or eligible Arizona Physical Therapist license
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
- Treats patients of all ages with programs focused on pre- and post-operative rehab, non-surgical pain solutions, sports medicine, and chronic pain management
- Offers a wide range of specialty services including:
- Aquatic therapy
- Concussion & vestibular rehab
- IASTM/Graston, dry needling, cupping, massage therapy
- Balance and fall prevention
- Running analysis, spine rehab, TMJ therapy
- Neurological and Parkinson’s rehabilitation
- Pelvic therapy and POTS treatment
