This Physical Therapist position is a full-time, on-site role located in Camarillo, CA. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and guiding rehabilitation therapy to achieve optimal outcomes. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining detailed patient records, and educating patients on treatment protocols and self-management strategies to enhance recovery and prevent re-injury.
- Comprehensive knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and tools
- Experience in developing individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary environment
- Exceptional documentation and organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records
- State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Physical Therapist in California
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited program
- CPR certification and ongoing commitment to continuing education
- Experience working in an outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation setting is preferred
