Salary & Incentives
- Hourly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
- Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
- Total compensation potential: $90,000 annually depending on hours, experience, and performance

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT
- Implement and progress therapeutic exercise programs
- Administer modalities and manual therapy techniques as appropriate
- Document patient care accurately in EMR systems
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the clinical team
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Texas PTA license (or eligibility)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
- New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
